I am not perfect. Write me down on a piece of napkin and save me as a rough draft. Shove me into your pocket and forget about me. Covered in scribbles and coffee stains, I will quietly stay by your side. “Ahhh, I forgot about you,” you would quietly say as you stumble across me while doing laundries a week later. You would stand there reading me, and you will remember that day you jot me down. You had your favorite lunch that day and there was just the right amount of rain outside. You will smile, and realize that you like me just the way I am. Save me as a rough draft, a little imperfect secret thought, a little piece of bittersweet.
